Every adult (registered or not) working with the program is required to be YPT trained.

Safe Swim Defense MUST be renewed every 2 years.

Swimming activities are one of the most popular program events in the BSA. This video will heighten awareness of all leaders on the importance of advanced preparation and planning to prevent accidents and maintain safety during any swimming activity. Viewing this video should be used as a part of all Safe Swim Defense Training.
