If you already have published articles turn them in at Round Table or District Committee meeting for credit towards the council's PR ribbon. You can display the ribbon on your flag. All you need is 12 points and every time you earn enough points you get a ribbon. The points are also accrued until you do earn the 12 points. Turn your articles in as you get them and we will keep track of them for you. Not interested in the ribbon? Turn your articles in anyway so the District can get the credit, and also share your great ideas with the rest of your fellow scouters.
