Fish & Wildlife Management Installation of bird boxes and presentations to property owners on the conservation value of the boxes.
Forest & Range Management Construction of an Interpretive Station at the head of the trail system to highlight the various ecosystems in the area, their value and the management practices being employed (pond, river, wetlands, uplands)
Forest & Range Management Construction of a nature trail and brochure/handout highlighting the importance of the various species present, ecosystem connectedness, & etc.
Invasive Species Removal of invasive species, starting with Chinese Tallow
Soil & Water Conservation Construction of a footbridge over a creek crossing, currently being ruined by ATV traffic. This is a soil erosion/water quality project.
Soil & Water Conservation Erosion control accomplished by dragging downed trees and brush into deeply incised ATV ruts.
Soil & Water Conservation Installation of steel pipe bollards at key points in ATV trails and interpretive signs or presentations to property owners explaining the conservation value.
