WHAT IS CUB LEADER POW WOW? Pow Wow is designed to be a day of learning, while having fun. Simply stated, it is the finest one-day supplemental training offered in the BSA - guaranteed to give you confidence and skills necessary for an exciting program. This training offers a variety of courses designed to give additional information on specific areas of Cub Scouting.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Pow Wow is designed for everyone involved in the Cub Scouting program. Add pizzazz to your den or pack program - GUARANTEED!

WHAT I NEED TO KNOW. The cost is $14.00 for registration received by October 27th (after the 27th the cost is $20.00). Register online at: www.samhoustonbsa.org/ Select 5 hours of training that best suits your needs from 83 classes. Please select two alternate one-hour classes in case one of your selections is unavailable. Sack lunches, provided by the High School Project Prom committee, are available for a nominal charge, or you may bring your own.

The Pow Wow Book (for only $9.00) is an invaluable resource full of ceremonies, games, crafts, and an abundance of other valuable Cub Scouting information.

This is an ADULT event; there are NO facilities for childcare.

There is a new Midway format... Visit each one of the 19 District Booths and receive a handout of theme-related FUN. Included are ideas for games, songs, decorations, costumes, and activities. Council Wide Den Doodle Contest! 6 Awards presented!
